About

Established in 2021, DCU Young Greens has grown into one of the largest political party societies on campus, and is continuing to gain momentum with each passing semester. Over the course of the school year and beyond we run many events and activities, including policy and current affairs discussions to campaigning on campus. We also organise visits to the Dáil and Mansion House, alongside convening events with other college branches of the Young Greens in UCD and Trinity. We’ve had numerous TDs in as well to give talks on policy or issues that they specialise in.

Who we are

We are a growing society open to all who want a better country for us all. All are welcome, differences in opinion help us all forge a more comprehensive understanding and well thought-out arguments. Our committee for the 2023/2024 year currently consists of our Chairperson (Donnacha Geoghegan), Vice-Chairperson (Eoin O’ Connor), Public Relations Officer (Ruadháin Bonham), Secretary (Sarah Seymour), and Treasurer (Andrew James Holt).

How to get involved
